Procedure of Application

Applicant receives forms from Hope Education Consult to fill and submit along with school certificate, passport size photo, letter of undertaking/consent from parent or guardian.

Hope Education Consult does a search for the course the applicant wants and provides the documents to the desired school and attains offer letter for enrollment.

Upon receiving the offer letter, the applicant at this point must then make a payment to Hope Education Consult of the consultation fees which is K70,000 (nonrefundable) for local applicants in Malawi and $50 for foreign applicants (nonrefundable).

Hope Education Consult will issue the offer letter to the applicant from the school with the fees breakdown.

The student must pay the first installment to the of their school fees for commitment of enrollment and place reservation at the school of which must be a minimum of 1/3 of the total fees.

After the initial fees deposit the school will issue an acceptance letter to Hope Education Consult who in turn will give it to the applicant. This is the final application stage, from here the applicant must start organizing flight, passport, visa, and travel insurance arrangements. Please note that Hope Education Consult will still assist with the stages that come after the application process with no other extra charges includes.
